Nice Handkerchief Dress

The top of the hanger goes through the neckline and the sides of the hanger go through the arm holes, just as if you were hanging a ball gown wedding dresses on a hanger. Tape the hanger in place with double-sided tape.
Tape the handkerchief to the inside bottom of the card stock dress bodice with double-sided tape.
